Disney Streaming - The Walt Disney Company

Founded in 2014, I established and managed my own design agency offering user experience design, user research, user interface prototyping, and product design consulting. Amazon Web Services
Owned product strategy and growth for Amazon RDS, a multi-billion dollar service on the AWS cloud platform, focusing on AI-powered developer experiences and scalable platform telemetry. Delivered LLM-driven assistants, cross-service integrations, and enterprise onboarding accelerators.
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
I switched over to the OCI Platform team to focus on developer experience — a space where I could leverage my background in UX design and research. I led product strategy and growth for the OCI Console, the visual gateway to OCI. I worked backwards from user needs to improve getting started, onboarding, and operating at scale. I iteratively released platform improvements that made it easier to sign up for the OCI Free Trial, get a first deployment, and upgrade when ready. I launched OCI Dashboards, a single pane of glass for monitoring cloud operations at scale. I also owned programs for new service launches, region build, security, search, personalization, and fleet management.
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
I led product management for messaging services within Oracle Cloud. I revived the OCI Email Delivery service with offerings such as HTTP Send API, Automated DKIM Rotation, and an Email Deliverability Dashboard. I laid the foundation of the OCI Queue service for asynchronous, event-driven architectures.
Structural
I led product design and research and helped scale design and front-end development. I shaped Structural’s offerings from an early stage, contributed to product strategy, positioning, go-to-market, and acquisition of customers and partners. In 2022, Structural was acquired by Augeo Marketing.
Microsoft
As part of the Dynamics 365 team, I designed multiple big-bet features for the Talent suite. I worked on recruiting and onboarding experiences combining Microsoft’s HCM tools with LinkedIn’s job network — sourcing, recruiting, and conversion, collaborating with designers, PMs, and engineers through all phases of development.
